Charlie Williams

Charlie currently serves as MPS Group Chairman. He also has served MPS Group as a board member since 1999. His duties include senior executive management and myriad corporate oversight responsibilities, including strategic planning, corporate ethics, diversity initiatives, and board and stockholder relationships.

Offering years of broad executive management experience, Charlie has served the City of Detroit and Wayne County in various capacities for more than 30 years, including posts as Chief of Staff for the mayor of Detroit and as Deputy County Executive for Wayne County. He also served as Executive Director of the Detroit Water & Sewer Department for several years and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.

As a consultant to Highland Park, Michigan, he advised the Emergency Financial Manager regarding financial and administrative matters. In 2006, Charlie was appointed to a six-year term with the Wayne County Airport Authority Board, which is the governing agency for the world’s 15th busiest airport. He also currently serves as an audit committee member for Magna Entertainment, a publicly listed corporation.

Charlie’s enthusiasm, judgment and experience assure solid governance for the challenges and opportunities the MPS Group faces now and in the future.

Yale Levin

Mr. Levin is an operations and accounting expert who joined Soave Enterprises in 1991 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of City Management Corporation. His business acumen and steadfast focus on long-term value growth helped City Management become Michigan's largest independent waste disposal company and an industry leader in environmental practices and community responsibility. Since its sale in 1998, Mr. Levin has led the development of the Soave portfolio to its current form. He also has direct responsibility for the metals recycling group among others.

Mr. Levin is a graduate of Michigan State University, a Certified Public Accountant and spent 25 years as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Before joining Soave, he also served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for Highland Superstores.

Heavily involved in the community, Mr. Levin is a member of several boards and committees including those at the Detroit Medical Center, Cloverhill Park Cemetery, Shaarey Zedek Synagogue, Detroit Riverfront Conservancy and the Jewish Welfare Federation, among others.

A'Jene Maxwell

First, and foremost, A’Jene Maxwell is a loving husband and father. Additionally, he serves as a deacon at Word of Faith International Christian Center, and he volunteers within the Wolverine Bar Association.

A’Jene is a member of the Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, P.C. law firm. He is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Group. He concentrates his practice in industrial, office, retail and residential real estate financing, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, property tax, incentives, and zoning and land use matters for various clients. He also handles general business matters.

Prior to his legal career, he spent five years working for financial institutions and a leading real estate investment trust on real estate matters.

A’Jene is a graduate of Grand Valley State University with a B.B.A in Finance. He earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude from the Wayne State University Law School.
